Concurrent Exhibitions	A total of 13 exhibitions, including nano tech to be held concurrently
Dates	December 16 (Wed.) – 18 (Fri.), 2026 10:00-17:00
Venue	Tokyo Big Sight West Halls 1, 2, Atrium / Conference Tower *The halls where each exhibition will be held to be announced as the information becomes available.

*The Big Sight will be undergoing construction from January 2025 onwards. As the venue will be unavailable for use during January and February, 2027, the exhibition dates for FY 2026 will be moved up to December.

* Exhibitors can only apply for up to 2 booths for the 4 sq.m. package booth for the Renewable Energy World Exhibition & Forum. It is not possible to apply for the 4 sq.m. booth and 9 sq.m. at the same time.
* Exhibition fees include raw space, registering of exhibit item information (materials, images, movies ), data of visitors who view your materials.
* Side panels (H 2.7m) will be provided if there is an adjacent booth. However, no panels will be provided for sides adjacent to the aisles for corner booths.
* Booth decorations, electricity, internet, etc. are not included.

It is not possible to apply for the 4 sq.m. booth and 9 sq.m. booth at the same time.Each exhibitor can only apply for up to 2 booths

How to Apply to Exhibit

[Important] About tentative application and booth selection

Application should be made from the application form on the official website. Applications received until May 31, 2026 (Sun.) are subject to the tentative application (it is possible to cancel your application during the set period). For ENEX and Offshore Tech Japan, exhibitors can choose their own booth location in order of application and number of booths applied for. Booth locations for the Renewable Energy World Exhibition & Forum will be decided by the Organizer after the application period.

2. Exhibition Fee Payment

Invoices will be sent after the application is processed.
Payment should be made by bank transfer by the date stated on the invoice.

3. Cancellation Fees

Cancellations should be sent by e-mail and will only be accepted if the Organizer deems it is necessary. In case of cancellation, the following cancellation fees will apply.
